About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance cloud-native applications on Google Cloud Platform.
- Work on application development, enhancements, and support for existing platforms.
- Implement services using GCP App Services such as:
- Cloud Run, App Engine, Cloud Functions, GKE
- Build and integrate data pipelines using:
- BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage
- Support POCs and feature development, including exposure to Gen AI / Gemini-based use cases.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Team Leads for implementation.
- Follow best practices for coding, security, performance, and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in GCP development.
- Strong programming skills in Java / Python / Node.js (any one or more).
- Experience with GCP App and Data services.
- Understanding of cloud-native and microservices architectures.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Ability to work in enterprise delivery environments.
- Exposure to Gen AI / AI-ML services on GCP (Gemini preferred).
- Experience with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code.
- Google Cloud certifications are an added advantage.
