Job Description: Integration Developer (Experienced - 3+ Years Experience)
Role Overview
The Experienced Integration Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and guiding API based integrations. The role requires hands on technical expertise, problem solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders. Preference may be given to internal candidates with relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain API based integration solutions
Lead and review integration flows and implementations
Collaborate with application, platform, and integration teams
Troubleshoot complex issues and perform root cause analysis
Conduct performance analysis and optimization
Ensure compliance with integration standards, security practices, and organizational guidelines
Guide and mentor junior resources
Maintain accurate and comprehensive technical documentation
Skills & Qualifications
Strong programming background(mandatory)
Hands on experience with: REST APIs
XML and JSON
API development and system integrations
Solid database skills, including: SQL queries
Data handling and analysis
Prior experience with middleware or integration technologies(added advantage)
Proven ability to design, review, and guide integration solutions
Strong troubleshooting and optimization skills
Good communication skills and stakeholder coordination experience
Ability to work independently and lead technical discussions

Exposure to API management tools
Experience working with enterprise applications and large scale integrations
