About the role
Responsibilities:
- Scale and manage Kubernetes workloads following GitOps best practices.
- Optimize and maintain CI/CD pipelines for fast, safe, and reliable deployments.
- Ensure multi-tenant infrastructure security, observability, and performance.
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize AWS infrastructure.
- Implement and maintain comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and chaos testing for critical services.
- Collaborate with development teams to ship features with confidence and minimal downtime.
- Automate repetitive operational workflows to reduce manual toil.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across infrastructure, networking, and deployments.
- Constant innovation on platform security, reliability, cost optimization, etc.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years.
- Proficiency with IAC.
