About the role
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain Puppet and Chef, keeping configuration-management platforms compliant and available.
- Develop and maintain in-sourced Puppet modules and shared configuration patterns with versioning and reuse metrics.
- Enforce desired-state configuration and drift remediation across Linux and Windows estates.
- Integrate configuration management with provisioning pipelines and the broader IaC toolchain.
- Deliver brownfield consulting and tooling for legacy modernization with documented runbooks.
- Monitor, resolve incidents, and perform RCA for configuration-management services with knowledge articles.
