About the role
Direct Taxation (Mandatory)
- Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR) for
individuals, firms, and companies
- Tax computation, working of provisions, and reconciliations
- TDS calculations, return filing, and compliance management
- Advance tax and self-assessment tax workings
- Maintaining tax records and compliance documentation
- Assisting in responding to Income Tax notices and departmental
communications.
Tax Litigation & Appeals
- Drafting and filing replies to notices, scrutiny, and
assessment proceedings
- Preparation and submission of appeal filings before CIT(A),
ITAT, and other authorities
- Compiling case files, supporting documents, and legal
submissions
- Coordination with consultants, advocates, and tax authorities
- Tracking litigation matters, deadlines, and hearing schedules
- Assisting in representation and follow-up for ongoing tax cases
