Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
Lead end-to-end GCC operations across assigned business functions.
Develop and implement scalable operating models, governance structures, andsupportglobalperformance management frameworks.
Drive operational efficiency, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Monitor and improve key operational metrics, SLAs, KPIs, and business outcomes.
Establish a culture of data-driven decision-making andexecutionexcellence.
Strategic Execution
Translate enterprise and functional strategies into executable operational plans.
Partner with global business leaders to deliver transformation and capability-building initiatives.
Support GCC growth through capacity planning, workforce planning, and operational readiness.
Create an environmentthatenablesopportunities for automation, digitization, and AI-led process improvements.
Service Delivery Excellence
Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services to global stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and automation methodologies.
Establish best practices and standard operating procedures across functions.
Improve delivery reliability and customer experience through disciplined operational management.
Talent & People Leadership
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing operations organization.
Drive employee engagement, inclusion, and leadership development.
Establish succession plans and strengthen the leadership pipeline.
Demonstrate and cultivate leadership excellence, accountability,innovationand continuous learning, holding leaders accountable for embedding these behaviors within their teams.
Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary operational partner toseniorglobal functional leaders.
Communicate operational performance, risks, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment across matrixed organizations.
Represent the India GCC in leadership forums and governance reviews.
Governance & Risk Management
Implement governance mechanisms to ensure transparency, accountability, and alignment with global priorities.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and local labor laws.
Oversee business continuity planning, operational resilience, and risk mitigation activities.
Financial Management
Manage operational budgets and cost plans.
Track operationalROIto drive productivity improvements and cost optimization initiatives
Support business case development for new capabilities and investments.
Required skills and experience:
18+ years of experience in business operations, with at least 4+ years in a leadership role
Proven experience in product data management, quote management, finance operations, business processautomationand optimization.
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.Proficiencyinanalyzinglarge data sets, interpreting insights, and using data to drive informed decision-making.
Strong project management skills to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and successful implementation.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact effectively with vendors, cross-functional teams, and senior executives.
Demonstrated ability to influence at multiple levels of the organization and with external partners.
Proven ability to achieve results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Good to have skills and experience:
PreviousUS GCCoperationalexperiencepreferred.
Experience with PIM (product information management),Master Data Systems,quote,procurementorordermanagementsoftwaresand processes
Distribution experience preferred.
Familiarity with e-commerce and omnichannel distribution tooptimizethe customer experience and maximize sales.
