Role Overview
The Offshore Delivery Manager will lead daytoday delivery operations from India ensuring SLA performance transformation execution and team productivity across infrastructure cloud and managed services towers The role partners closely with the onsite delivery lead and customer stakeholders to drive predictable outcomes for a global specialty insurance and reinsurance leader
Key Responsibilities
Own offshore delivery for the engagement across infrastructure operations cloud Azure AWS data centre and enduser services
Manage SLA KPI performance governance reporting and continuous service improvement initiatives
Drive transformation programs cloud migration automation Ansible Terraform AIOps and observability
Lead capacity planning resource rampup rampdown and skill development across delivery towers
Coordinate with onsite delivery manager and customer stakeholders for seamless onsiteoffshore execution
Manage delivery financials revenue recognition cost control utilisation and margin
Drive Knowledge Transition KT steadystate stabilisation and transition exits
Ensure compliance with insurance industry regulations ISO 27001 and customer security standards
Identify and pursue mining opportunities in collaboration with sales and onsite leadership
Build and mentor offshore delivery team drive engagement and retention
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science MBA PG preferred
ITIL v4 Intermediate Expert certification
PMP Prince2 certification preferred
Azure AWS Architect certification desirable
