Key Result Areas (Key Performance Indicators)
1) Availability and monitoring of available DO to achieve ABP.
2) Material should be dispatched as per mkt priority, financial arrangement.
3) To impose penalty on transporters as per Terms and Condition of Contract.
4) To open the station where truck is not placed from Open market.
5) To maximize dispatches through containers in domestic market.
6) To conduct reverse auction as and when required.
Critical Tasks
1. Achievement of Dispatch target as per Annual Business Plan.
2. Vehicle placement within 48 hrs of issuing shipment.
3. Transit report form each Transporter.
4. Develop new reports through SAP system.
5. Submission of bills from Logistics to GBS within 6 days of receipt of bills.
6. ISO Documentation.
Decision making authority (Decisions expected)
Disciplinary actions against incidents with wrong shipment person,
Training interventions in sync with subordinates.

Educational Background and Work Experience
Diploma / B.SC / with 3-8 yrs. of experience in large manufacturing industry
