DLP Engineer

We are seeking a skilled DLP Engineer to deploy, configure, and manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions like Forcepoint, CoSoSys, or Netskope. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in DLP policy implementation, threat analysis, and integration with security tools, ensuring the protection of sensitive organizational data across all platforms.

• Deploy and configure DLP solutions (Forcepoint, CoSoSys, Netskope) across endpoints, networks, and cloud environments.

• Customize and implement DLP policies and rules based on organizational needs.

• Monitor data flows and detect unauthorized access or data exfiltration attempts.

• Analyze DLP alerts, logs, and incidents; escalate issues when necessary.

• Develop and maintain DLP policies to prevent data breaches and leaks.

• Integrate DLP systems with SIEM and other security tools.

• Provide technical support for DLP systems; troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.

• Stay updated with trends and developments in DLP and information security.

• Strong knowledge of DLP tools (especially Forcepoint, CoSoSys, or Netskope).

• Good communication skills.

• Ability to analyze security events and resolve complex technical issues.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently under pressure.

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with installation and management of Forcepoint, CoSoSys, or Netskope.

• Must have own conveyance for work-related travel within the city.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in DLP system deployment and management.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while delivering quality service.

• Proven ability to work independently within defined parameters and timelines.

• Work Schedule: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday), 3rd Saturday Off

• Salary: ₹42,000 per month
