About the role
Location: Head Office, Mumbai Grade: L2 Department: Direct Marketing
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as an MIS Executive at Head Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and publication of daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for business and senior management.
- Publishing contest qualification MIS and ensuring contest fulfilment
- Responding to business and data queries from field and HO stakeholders.
- Coordinating with the CVM team for data allocation, follow ups and data uploads in VYMO.
- Publishing VYMO activity reports, RM activation MIS, product mix reports, and other performance dashboards.
- Preparing management presentations in PowerPoint.
- Driving MIS automation and process improvement initiatives.
- Working closely with Data Science and other cross-functional teams on reporting and analytics requirements.
- Managing various business reports and ad-hoc data requests.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
- Working knowledge of MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior experience in MIS, reporting, analytics, or sales support functions will be preferred.
