Documentation Engineer (On Third Party Roll)

Execute specific documentation management activities in the project. •Contribute to setup and manage document management systems/databases to deliver documentation according to contractual requirement. •Contribute to prepare project document numbering procedure, document exchange and requirement specifications. •Contribute for identification, specification, collection, and handover of project documentation according to contractual requirement. •Internal and external co-ordination with other disciplines and vendors / contractors. •Execute document management activities according to guidelines, processes, and workflows. •Perform documentation quality checks, distribution, and related activities. •Contribute relevant project document status reporting internal and external. • Good collaboration and communication skills
