- Azure, Duck Creek/Guidewire, Java, Property and Casualty insurance
Technical Expertise
- Manage and lead the technical solution, project delivery while working with Onshore and Offshore development teams
- High proficiency in Dot Net, C#, HTML/CSS/JavaScript/Angular, and database technologies
- High proficiency in REST/SOAP API, Cloud technologies
- Proficient in handling the complex technical development concepts, design templates, Insurance Products configuration
- Understands latest software tools and technologies, strong database concepts and designing techniques.
- Possesses good knowledge of different software systems, client/server architectures and various compatibility requirements.
- Experience in troubleshooting, software development processes and ability to understand and implement client requirements.
Other Skills
- Prior experience in application managed services environment in P&C industry
- Manage and lead the technical solution, project delivery while working with Onshore and Offshore development teams
- Ability to communicate effectively with teams and clients
- Effectively lead teams and inspire others to achieve goals through innovation, quality and excellence
- Ability to manage change and effectively pass on the information down the line to concerned teams for smoother execution
