About the role
- Preparation of drawings using CAD tools
- Assist in the creation of detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings for marine and offshore structural projects under the guidance of senior draftsmen.
- Collaborate with team members to translate design concepts into accurate drafting documents.
- Review and cross-check drafted documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Follow established drafting standards and contribute to maintaining high-quality standards in all deliverables.
- Work closely with senior draftsmen, engineers, and other team members to incorporate design changes and updates into drawings.
- Assist in addressing drafting-related queries and adjustments.
- Learn and utilize industry-standard drafting software, such as AutoCAD (2D/3D), RHINO 3D, to create and modify drawings.
- Having good knowledge in AutoCAD and 3D modeling tool will be preferred.
- Autodesk Inventor experience
- Candidates having experience in shipyard or design office of marine/offshore
- consulting engineering companies will be ideal.
