Position: Online Teacher (Malaysia)
Role OverviewWe are looking for dedicated and passionate Online Teachers to teach Pre-Primary, Primary,. Teachers must create a nurturing, engaging, and structured virtual classroom experience. For primary levels, the teacher will act as a Mother Teacher, supporting both academic and emotional development of students.
Fluency in English is mandatory to effectively communicate with students and parents.

Mode: Work from HomeWorking Days: Monday to SaturdayWorking Hours: 5 hours per day (Morning Shift – IST timings)Compensation StructurePre-Primary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000Timing: 6:30 AM – 10:30 AM IST
Primary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000Timing: 6:30 AM – 10:30 AM IST

Key Responsibilities
Teach core subjects (English, Math, Science, and other relevant subjects)Deliver interactive, engaging, and well-planned online lessonsAct as a Mother Teacher for primary gradesMaintain student discipline, motivation, and engagement in virtual classroomsProvide regular academic feedback to parents and academic coordinatorsAttend online meetings, training programs, and staff briefingsSupport students’ academic and emotional well-beingEligibility CriteriaMinimum 2 years of online teaching experience (mandatory)Experience teaching relevant grade levelsFluent in English (clear communication, neutral accent preferred)Strong classroom management and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle multiple subjects (for primary grades)
