About the role
The ideal candidate is a Solutions Engineer / Integration Specialist with B2B E-Commerce experience, capable of discussing API architecture with developers in the morning and customer business processes with sales teams in the afternoon. They combine technical integration expertise with strong stakeholder management skills and can become the digital integration expert supporting global customer growth initiatives.
Position Summary

across multiple regions.
Main Responsibilities
›Customer Integration Projects
•Lead technical onboarding of customers
for B2B digital integrations.
•Analyze customer requirements for
automated ordering processes.
•Define and document interface
specifications.
•Coordinate integration projects between
customers and internal technical teams.
•Support customer testing, validation, and
go-live activities.

›API Development & Management
•Design, develop, and maintain RESTful API
integrations.
•Support API-based order transmission.
•Implement customer interfaces for:

◦Inventory availability
◦Pricing requests
◦Customer-specific catalogs
•Monitor API performance and troubleshoot
issues.
