About the role
Responsibilities:
- Develop interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate, iSpring, etc.
- Convert PPT/storyboards into engaging digital content.
- Create basic videos, animations, quizzes, and assessments.
- Add interactivities, voiceovers, and subtitles.
- Test and publish courses in SCORM/xAPI format.
- Upload and manage courses on LMS.
- Do basic QA and revisions based on feedback.
- Work with Instructional Designers and SMEs.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of e-learning tools (Storyline/Captivate - anyone).
- Good PowerPoint and MS Office skills.
- Basic graphic/video editing skills (Canva/Photoshop/Premiere - preferred).
- Understanding of LMS and e-learning concepts.
- Good communication and time management.
- Graduate in Multimedia / E-learning / Instructional Design / Education / Any related field.
