About the role
The Operations Executive is the control room for orders and stock. From Noida, this role makes sure every order from Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, the websites and corporate clients is processed, shipped on time and tracked to delivery; that stock across the warehouse and marketplace fulfilment centres is accurate and replenished; and that courier, marketplace and inventory systems are reconciled every week.
Responsibilities:
- Order management: monitor all channels in the inventory system (EasyEcom) daily; resolve pending, unfulfilled, cancelled and failed orders; ensure same-day or next-day dispatch targets are met.
- Logistics: manage courier partners (Shiprocket, Delhivery and others), rate cards, pickups, NDR (non-delivery) follow-ups, RTO control, weight disputes and lost-shipment claims.
- Inventory control: maintain stock levels across the Hathras warehouse, Amazon FBA and Blinkit; plan replenishment with the purchase team; raise and track stock transfer orders; run weekly stock reconciliation between system, warehouse count and marketplace reports.
- Marketplace shipments: create FBA and Blinkit purchase-order shipments, book appointments, track receipt and resolve discrepancies.
- Corporate dispatches: coordinate bulk order packing, transport booking (part-truck or courier), e-way bills and delivery confirmation with the sales team.
- Returns and claims: process customer returns, marketplace reimbursements and courier claims; track recovery.
- Reporting: weekly dashboard on orders shipped, on-time dispatch, RTO rate, pending claims, stock cover by SKU.
- Process: document SOPs for order processing, packing and shipment; train Hathras staff on them.
