Edifecs - Software Engineer

Primary skills –

Combination 1 – EDIFECS Developer

Combination 2 - Electronic Data Interchange + X12

Combination 3 - Javascript + SQL + EDI transactions

Should be strong and experience in Edifecs EDI Tools in Healthcare domain.Have Good knowledge in Database SQL/Oracle.

Knowledge in Production Support tools i.e. Splunk, Dynatrace, ServiceNow, CA WA Workstation.

Flexible to work in shifts.Should be able to do root cause analysis within SLA.

Should have effective communication skills.Should coordinate with stake holders for any issue resolution as needed.Be proactive and understand the business functionality.

Monitor and provide support for the applications / batch jobs in Production .Able to understand the complete workflow of the Application.Able to handle complex situations and reduce the business impact with minimum downtime.Create support documentation.Proactively identify any performance issues and recommend resolutionShould be well versed with coding standardsParticipate in code hand over meetings with IT teams.Take the ownership of the tasks and need to work independently.Ensure all incident tickets are resolved within SLA.Should be a quick learner and upskill based on project needs
