Have knowledge and experience of working in the large construction industry preferably Power Plant constructionHave excellent communication skills, with the interpersonal skills to interact and influence at all levelsDelivers and facilitates EHS Induction, structured trainings on EHS topics, EHS regulatory training and development programs & initiatives in support of the company’s training plan & objectives.Provides coaching, reinforcement of EHS policy and procedures.Performs administrative duties to track completion of training, compile and prepare statistical information on training program status.Ensure the delivery of high quality, innovative and engaging.Maintain accurate and timely training records.Computer knowledge: MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel.On job training skillPossession of excellent analytical and data management skills
