About the role
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage electrical projects, including scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and execution
- Lead project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely project completion
- Manage HT, LT, transformer, electrical installation, and commissioning activities
- Coordinate with clients, PMC, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical and project issues
- Monitor project costs, quality, safety, risks, and compliance with electrical standards
- Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and maintain required project records
- Prepare, verify, and coordinate RA bills with PMC/Client for certification and payment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- 15+ years of experience in electrical project management
- Strong experience in high-rise building projects, HT/LT works, transformers, and commissioning
- Good knowledge of electrical project planning, execution, billing, and budget management
- Experience with Primavera, MS Project, or similar project management tools
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure
- PMP/CCM certification is an added advantage
