About the role
Role : Technical Lead(7-9 )Years experience.
See below generic JD. The technical areas must be with electro mechanical test background who would have handled tests involving use of flow meters, pressure gauges, valves, multimeters, temperature monitors, Oscilloscope, electronic scales etc.,
· Execute and perform verification & validation activities that include but not limited to Formal Testing, Informal Testing, Exploratory Testing, Adhoc Testing and Tools / Test Methods / Spreadsheet / CSV qualification Testing etc.
· Develop / Update test documents that include but not limited to Test Cases, Test Protocols, Test Procedures etc.
· Support to develop and manage processes and tools required to perform verification and validation activities.
· Clear understanding on the basics of unit, integration and system level verification and validation requirements.
· Support in maintaining and upgrading the tools and methodologies used for the verification and validation activities.
· Ensures good documentation practices are followed in the V&V process.
· Identify and report any quality or compliance issues during verification & validation activities.
· Participate in V&V process continuous improvement.
· Adheres to Baxter Quality Management system.
