Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and servicing of elevators across multiple brands.
- Diagnose elevator faults and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Carry out emergency breakdown repairs and corrective maintenance.
- Inspect elevator components to identify faults and potential safety issues.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Prepare service reports and maintain records of completed work.
- Follow safety procedures, technical standards, and maintenance guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in elevator maintenance and breakdown repairs.
- Hands-on experience with different elevator brands and models.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of elevator mechanical and electrical systems.
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to prepare technical and maintenance reports.
- No specific age limit.
