About the role
The core responsibilities for the job include the following:
Email Campaigns and Marketing Technology:
- Plan, execute, and manage email campaigns using platforms such as Netcore, Brevo, and Sendy.
- Manage campaign setup, audience segmentation, automation, and email deliverability.
- Handle technical aspects such as SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and domain authentication.
- Monitor campaign performance, including delivery rates, open rates, click-through rates, bounces, and conversions.
Database Management and Marketing Tools:
- Manage and maintain marketing databases, ensuring data accuracy and quality.
- Use email verification and debouncing tools to clean databases and improve deliverability.
- Manage PhantomBuster for prospecting, data extraction, and lead generation.
- Maintain updated prospect lists and ensure effective database segmentation.
Campaign Tracking and Reporting:
- Set up and monitor campaign tracking to measure performance and engagement.
- Prepare campaign reports and analyze results to identify improvement opportunities.
- Track campaign responses and conversions to support marketing goals.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms such as Netcore, Brevo, or Sendy.
- Knowledge of email deliverability, domain authentication, and database cleaning.
- Experience with email verification and debouncing tools.
- Working knowledge of PhantomBuster and prospect database management.
- Strong analytical skills and campaign reporting capabilities.
- B2B or SaaS email marketing experience will be an added advantage.
