About the role
ØImplement and administration experience in email filtering, SMTP errors, DNS records - MX, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, Quarantine, sandboxing and related technologies
ØKnowledge on cloud-based email threat prevention platforms
ØOperational experience in supporting email spam filtering, phishing campaigns, quarantining, monitoring of Proofpoint Threat Attack Protection alerts, maintain and troubleshooting issues
ØPerform analysis on spam and legitimate email phishing attacks. Identify the scale of the attack and make timely actions to mitigate or limit the attack
Qualifications: BACHELOR OF ENGINEERING, BACHELOR OF FINE ARTS, BACHELOR OF HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT, BACHELOR OF LAW
