About the role
Employer Acquisition and Partnerships Identify, engage and acquire employers aligned with TalArc’s placement priorities. Build relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition, Campus Hiring and Business Leaders. Build partnerships with employers, industry bodies and other ecosystem participants. Account Management and Growth Own employer relationships from onboarding through fulfilment and repeat engagement. Generate internship and fresher-hiring mandates with defined requirements. Drive account growth through additional hiring opportunities and partnerships. Ensure high employer satisfaction and retention. Placement Collaboration and Market Insights Partner with placement operations teams to support fulfilment and closure of mandates. Maintain accurate pipeline, account and mandate information in the CRM. Share employer feedback, hiring trends and skill-demand insights with internal stakeholders.
