Job Description
Ø Support new product launches to ensure that
supplier quality meets the required standards
Ø Should have basic knowledge on APQP, PPAP and
Quality tools.
Ø It would be good to have Product & Process
knowledge in Plastic, Rubber & Sheet Metal components.
Ø Participate in cross-functional teams in the
development of new products or changes (ECN) related to current products in
meeting customer requirements
Ø Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective
actions of supplier quality issues
Ø Support the Quality Manager to monitor and report
on supplier product quality and performance
Ø Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in
order to adhere to process and prevent occurrence of any non-conformity
relating to product, process or system.
Ø Should locate and define new Process Improvement
Opportunities.
Ø Should be able to do Basic Data Analysis, and
expert in MS Office.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
1-2 years of experience in Any Quality Domain, automobile
industry
Ø Experience in Supplier Quality (APQP / PPAP)
Ø Basic Knowledge in Quality Tools & Methodology
Ø Should be self-driven and to work cross
functionally.
Ø Working knowledge of Microsoft Office – PowerPoint,
Access, Word with advanced Excel knowledge
