About the role
Role: Assembly Supervisor- Production Stamping Unit.
Designation: Engineer / Supervisor
Qualification: Diploma / EQ.
Experience: 4 to 5 Years.
Skills required:
Ø Outstanding communication skills.
Ø Proficient in MS Office.
Ø Effective interaction with other departments/suppliers.
Ø Willingness to learn new methods and systems.
Ø Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ø Sound judgment and decision making.
Ø Should be able to manage discussions and task with Union/Work Committee.
Job Responsibilities: -
Ø The candidate should have 5yr supervisory experience, in the field of components assembly build.
Ø Should have decent knowledge of Standard operating procedures, Work instruction, Control plans, Visual checklists, Testing’s, reporting on production for quantity + consumption, Drawings, being used in assembly line. Understanding of ISO would be an advantage.
Ø Should have enough communication skills to manage domestic customer visits from TE.
Ø Should have command on managing CLs, through proper training and adaptation, implementation.
Ø Advantage, if the candidate is having knowledge of basic machine maintenance, jigs, fixtures, conventional machines.
Ø Will be responsible for performance metrics of production yield, machine utilizations, optimize capacities, 5Ms, reconcile Work Orders and stay within approved costing, under the direction of Manager and PPC.
Ø Will have to ensure effective implementation of 5s, QMS, people + product safety at operational areas in assembly line.
CTC : 3.50 to 4 Lakhs PA
