About the role
1. Process Operations & Control
• Operate and monitor Hydrogenation reactors and downstream processing systems.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, batch sheets, and process parameters (Temperature, Pressure, H₂ flow, Catalyst dosage, Agitation, etc.).
• Monitor DCS/PLC systems for stable operations.
• Optimize hydrogen consumption and catalyst efficiency.
• Troubleshoot process deviations and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with maintenance team for breakdown handling and preventive maintenance.
2. Production Planning & SAP Activities
• Execute production orders in SAP.
• Perform goods movement (RM issue, FG receipt, by-product accounting) in SAP.
• Maintain accurate production data and batch records in SAP system.
• Track inventory of raw materials, catalyst, hydrogen, and finished goods.
• Coordinate with PPC for production planning and dispatch schedules.
3. Safety & Compliance
• Ensure strict adherence to Hydrogen handling safety protocols.
• Monitor pressure systems, relief valves, and hydrogen pipelines.
• Participate in HAZOP, safety audits, and risk assessments.
• Ensure safe catalyst charging and unloading practices.
