Job description:
- Person should have sound knowledge of Should Cost Modelling of electrical/electronic parts like Wiring harness, battery cables, LED Light, Sensor, Instrument Cluster, Switch, motors, and PCBA commodity.
- Person should have good cost engineering fundamentals.
- Excellent understanding of Electrical circuits and 2D drawing of wiring harness to generate detailed RM and process cost.
- Experience of maintaining electrical/ electronic parts database with latest market price.
- Knowledge and market connect with supplier base like Tyco, Molex, MTA, Little Fuse etc.
- Knowledge of Should Cost MHR for various manufacturing processes.
- Person should have exposure to wiring harness manufacturing & assembly process at shop floor.
- Person should have exposure to Tear down and Cost Benchmarking, VA/VE activities.
- Experience of Construction Equipment or other OEM is desirable.
- Person should have good communication and presentation skills.
