Job description:
- Person should have sound knowledge of Should Cost Modelling of all kinds of polymer products. (Plastic, Rubber, PU, foams etc)
- Person should have good cost engineering fundamentals.
- Person should have good exposure to various processes plastic/rubber injection moulding, reaction injection moulding, rotational moulding, vacuum forming, blow moulding, Extrusion, FRP, SMC processes etc.
- Knowledge of various thermoplastic, thermoset materials and their suppliers like Lyondell Basell, Reliance, Dupont, BASF, ExxonMobil etc and their RM rates.
- Knowledge of Should Cost MHR for various manufacturing processes.
- Person should have exposure to Tear down and Cost Benchmarking , VA/VE activities.
- Experience of Construction Equipment or Automotive OEM is desirable.
- Person should have good communication and presentation skills.
