II. Education and Experience Guidelines
Education Qualifications
·BTech in Mechanical (Preferably MTech in Thermal domain)
Core experience
·5 to 8 years of experience in design and development of desiccant dryers
Preferable Knowledge/Experience
·Core experience in design and development of desiccant dryers for compressed air application
·Knowledge in desiccants, Heat exchangers, fans, valves & controllers
·Knowledge in manufacturing/testing facilities requirements
·Knowledge in supplier network of dryer related parts
·Knowledge in statuary, standard and certification requirements
