About the role
- Civil work related with planning along with execution team for next 15 days planning
- Working out Quantity of Material Required entire project / stagewise as per Drawing
- Coordination with electrical consultants / contractors for resolving difficulties. Manpower planning & team building methodology.
- Supervision of the electrification work for internal & external part of buildings , development works as per drawing /client requirement .
- Understanding the change / Requirements of Clients / Working out other Implications.
- Maintaining Conduit Measurement Record and tallying with issued material record by stores.
- Final Verification of Contractors RA Bills.
- Review of Budget Monitoring Report and regular updation. Reconcillation of material on weekly / monthly basis
- Preparation of standard operating procedure & checklists for electrical works, after completion of work , filling of checklists and verification of all points.
