Reports to Manager – IT Infra (Mumbai location)
Education
University degree in the field of computer science or IT.
Experience/ Qualifications
·Minimum 2 years of IT infrastructure experience with hands on and core experience in Microsoft products such as AD, Group Policy, Exchange 2019, VMware O365, Windows Endpoint OS and Servers.
·Knowledge of installing & administering Operating Systems, laptop imaging and hardening.
·Knowledge of Antivirus and Security Solutions.
·Knowledge in Patch Management & Backup solutions.
·Knowledge related to AMC, licenses and inventory management.
Responsibilities
·Day-to-Day IT support and operations related to AD, Exchange, Email gateway and O365 application issues.
·Windows & MAC laptop and desktop troubleshooting with installation of software’s.
·License, Patch Management, Backup Management.
·Ensure all the endpoint machines are hardened as per corporate policy and our compliance.
·Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken or installation activities.
·Ensure Vulnerability & Patch management across the environment & maintain records of the same.
·Provide timely resolution to service issues raised by users as per SLA.
·Interact with vendors for hardware and software related issues.
·Manage IT Asset and keep inventory up to date.
·Monitoring the system daily and respond immediately to security/usability concerns.
