1. Job Overview

Responsible for incoming and outgoing quality inspection of materials and finished goods, ensuring compliance
with specifications, standards, and customer requirements. Manages supplier quality, SCAR processes, testing,
documentation (CoA/CoC), and non-conformance handling. Supports ISO and cGMP compliance, oversees
packaging, conducts AQL inspections, and coordinates rework and material disposition activities.

Accountabilities

RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCONTABILITIES:
Incoming inspection:
Sample and inspect incoming raw materials and parts against COA, technical specifications and drawing
Evaluate supplier quality performance, issue Supplier Corrective Action Reports (SCAR) for non-conformities, and
manage vendor returns.
Approve or reject materials based on inspection data and maintain accurate records of supplier performance
Perform final inspection of finished goods to ensure all specifications, packaging, and labeling comply with
customer requirements before shipment
Authorize the shipment of goods that meet standards and quarantine those not met
Perform tests as per material specification (MFI,FTIR,Burst strength,etc.)
Ensure any NC materials during IQC are kept hold/rejected placed in NC area with identification
Follow-up with purchase team for SCAR for incoming rejected materials
Outgoing inspection:
Inspect out-going finished products as per protocol, verify BPR documents and release CoA / CoC for dispatch

Review the reports compiled in BMR & prepare CoC & CoA
Performing AQL Inspection of IQC & OQC parts
Ensure packing specification is available for all supplying products as per customer requirements
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as ISO 9001 & ISO 13485
Perform final inspection of finished goods to ensure all specifications, packaging, and labeling comply with
customer requirements before shipment
Monitor cGMP compliance within WH area and escalate to superior if any abnormality identified
Follow-up for the reworks of the products On Hold and dispose on-hold stock regularly
Performing any other important tasks that management may assign from time to time.

5.1 Formal Qualifications and Experience
Diploma/CIPET or equivalent technical
5.2 Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Behaviours
Minimum 3-4 year's experience in plastic molding Quality

Ready to work in Sira plant in shifts 1st & 2nd shift (preferably candidate near to Sira)
