About the role

Key Responsibilities:
❖ Inspection of incoming raw material & bought out items.
❖ Collect sample for testing and computes finding as per standard.
❖ Review of mill test certificate and lab test certificate.
❖ Conducts visual, dimensional & geometry inspection to ensure quality of products.
❖ Review of supplier test certificate, warranty & guarantee certificate as per purchase order, drawings, data sheet, specification, standard, etc.,
❖ Determines and uses appropriate inspection processes and instruments to confirm assigned products and parts meet drawing / specifications.
❖ Monitoring the calibration of measuring and monitoring devices.
❖ Prepares reports documenting inspection findings along with photos.
❖ Communicate day-to-day inspection to respective department by verbal and e-mail.
❖ Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience Levels:
❖ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
❖ Overall 1 Year of experience in fabrication industries
