Educational Qualifications Required: BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, Advance diploma in Automotive Mechatronics.

- Qualification : Dip Auto/Mech, BE Auto/Mech
- Dealership experience as Technician / Service Advisor/Floor in charge
- Good business communication
Job Description:
- Develop the labor times based on the service manual procedure.
- Identification of parts serviceability through parts catalogue
- Consulting with various client contacts (external) and subject matter experts (internal and external) to gather required information. Mainly colleagues located in USA, Australia & China.
- Validate all the labor time studies against Service Manual procedures.
- Work as a Reviewer and review the time studies developed by technician for vehicles.
- Load all the data in various systems with required details.
- Good Team Player.
- Update various tracking sheets and advise Project Manager regarding progress of work.
- Completing various additional assignments as directed by Project Manager
- Facilitate Customer Satisfaction by means of adhering to standards, timelines & qualitative output.
