About the role

We are hiring an experienced Engineering Manager to lead end-to-end technology delivery and manage cross-functional engineering teams. The role requires strong hands-on technical expertise across multiple tech stacks along with proven people and delivery management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage engineering teams across multiple technologies.
Own end-to-end SDLC, architecture, and technical delivery
Drive system design, code reviews, and best engineering practices
Collaborate with product and business stakeholders
Mentor senior engineers and ensure timely, high-quality releases.

Requirements

20–23 years of overall IT experience
Strong Full Stack exposure (Java / .NET / Node / Python; Angular / React)
Experience with Cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP), Microservices, APIs
Knowledge of SQL & NoSQL databases
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and Agile experience
