About the role
- Architect, develop, and scale systems using Java, Spring Boot, Angular and microservices-based architectures.
- Lead technical design discussions and drive sound architectural decisions aligned with business and product goals.
- Manage, mentor, and grow engineers through regular feedback, code reviews, and structured career development.
- Partner with Product Management, Frontend, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality, end-to-end features.
- Establish and maintain high standards for code quality, performance, observability, and system reliability
- Leverage AI tools to assess, develop, and design code — driving faster delivery, better code quality, and smarter architectural decisions across the engineering team.
Required Qualifications & Technical Expertise
- 8-12 years of progressive engineering experience, including team leadership roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong, hands-on expertise in Java.
- Proven experience with Spring Boot and microservices architectures.
- Practical experience working with MongoDB in production environments.Working knowledge of Angular to effectively collaborate with frontend team
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, system design, and scalable, distributed architectures.
- Proven experience managing and mentoring engineering teams
- Clear communication and confident technical decision-making
- Ability to balance delivery timelines with quality and team growth
