POSITION SUMMARY:
The Enterprise Mobility Analyst, with support from the Enterprise Mobility Manager, is responsible for working with the Mobility third-party vendor to support internal customers, data analysis, and reporting. The Mobility Analyst will follow all established policies and processes for the Mobility Service.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain physical inventory of mobile devices.
- Create and maintain reports related to mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot device, connectivity, and application issues.
- Investigate charges and billing issues for various cellular vendors.
- Maintain professional business relationship with Team Members and Vendors.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Requires broad training in fields such Computer Science, IT Management, or MSIS generally obtained through completion of a four-year bachelor’s degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education. Typically requires at least six (3) years directly related and progressively responsible experience with overall information technologies. Holds ITIL and other industry certifications.
MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-4 years’ experience managing mobile devices.
- Experience with Android and iOS
- Experience with Microsoft InTune Apple Business Manager, and Samsung Knox Guard.
- Proficient experience using Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
- General knowledge of how different IT systems interact. Ability to learn and support new systems and applications.
- Ability to communicate at all levels effectively both orally and in writing.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
