Key Responsibilities
• Understand digital commerce personalization trends and challenges faced by retail and consumer brands in North America.
• Map prospect needs and conduct need-gap analyses to align them with ADA's personalization offerings.
• Collaborate with Account Directors to define outreach strategies using ABM, high-touch, and low-touch campaigns.
• Analyze prospect engagement and campaign performance and adjust outreach strategies accordingly.
• Generate pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and engaging prospects with personalized, value-driven messaging.
• Work closely with internal teams to maintain pipeline quality and share feedback on market responses.
Required Experience & Qualifications
• 3–5 years of experience in an SDR or B2B SaaS business development role.
• Experience selling Martech SaaS products is preferred, ideally involving Digital Experience Personalization.
• Strong understanding of Ecommerce and Martech buyer personas, including digital, marketing, and product teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with senior-level stakeholders.
• Critical thinker, fast learner, and collaborative team player.
• Self-starter with strong persistence, resilience, and a go-getter attitude.
