About the role
- Gather and document business requirements with stakeholders.
- Create requirement documents, user stories, use cases, and process flows.
- Analyze and suggest improvements to business processes.
- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams.
- Ensure product meets requirements and assist in testing.
- Support project planning, tracking, and risk management.
- Prepare user documentation and provide post-implementation support.
RequirementsEducational Qualification:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Information Technology.
Years of experience: 0 – 18 months
