About the role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented RMS Trainee to support the Risk Management System (RMS) function in our stock broking operations. This entry-level role is suitable for fresh graduates who are interested in risk monitoring, customer query handling, compliance processes, and operational tracking. The selected candidate will receive guidance and on-the-job training from the team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Risk Management:Assist the team in monitoring client and trading-related risk parameters, identifying exceptions, and escalating unusual activities to the concerned senior or team lead. Customer Query Handling: Respond to basic customer queries related to RMS processes in a professional and timely manner, and route complex or unresolved queries to the appropriate team.
Compliance Handling: Follow internal policies, standard operating procedures, and applicable compliance guidelines while performing daily activities. Maintain proper records and escalate potential deviations.Monitoring: Monitor assigned dashboards, reports, alerts, and operational activities as instructed by the team.
Documentation: Update daily logs, reports, and records accurately while maintaining confidentiality of customer and business information.
Team Coordination: Coordinate with senior team members and relevant departments to resolve issues and complete assigned tasks within defined timelines.
RequirementsREQUIRED SKILLS:
• Basic understanding of risk management and willingness to learn stock broking operations.
• Good communication and customer query-handling skills.
• Attention to detail, monitoring, tracking, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to follow procedures, maintain records, and escalate issues appropriately.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Excel and email; familiarity with reports or dashboards is an advantage.
• Good analytical thinking, discipline, and a problem-solving mindset.

• No prior work experience is required. Training will be provided.
