EOS Celonis Process Intelligence Lead

EOS Celonis Process Intelligence Lead Role Overview: The position is primarily a hands-on Celonis development role requiring: o Strong data engineering capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and understand business requirements.
• Convert business requirements into technical designs and Celonis solutions.
• Develop, test, deploy, and support solutions through the complete lifecycle.
• Drive UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and Hypercare activities.
• Validate that delivered solutions meet business objectives and KPIs.
• Dashboard and front-end development within Celonis.
• Ability to engage with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements:

• Mandatory skills: Data engineering, Celonis, PQL, stakeholder management or requirements gathering
• Expertise in PQL (Celonis proprietary language).
• Required Skills and Experience: Strong Celonis development experience is the primary requirement.
• Experience with: Celonis PQLo Dashboard development; Process Intelligence Hub; Data engineering.
• Understanding of business processes such as: Order-to-Casho Source-to-Payo Finance / Record-to-Report, Supply Chain processes.
• Candidate should be capable of working independently with minimal guidance.
• Experience Level: No strict requirement on years of experience.
• Target profile is likely someone with 3-5+ years of relevant experience, but capability and hands-on expertise are considered more important than tenure.
• Stakeholder Engagement: The role is not limited to technical development.
• The candidate must: Engage directly with business users and process owners. o Gather and clarify requirements. Translate business needs into technical implementations. Functional awareness is desirable, but technical expertise is prioritised since business SMEs will provide process context.
• Location and Working Model Preference: Candidates who can support UK/European time zones.
• Candidate Profile Alignment: The team agreed that the ideal candidate should be more than just a developer.
• Able to operate at an architect/lead level. Comfortable owning requirements through deployment. Strong technically while maintaining effective stakeholder communication skills.
