About the role
We are seeking a skilled EPBX/IPBX Technician to join our team at the Malviya Nagar office. Responsibilities
* Perform the installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of EPBX and IPBX systems.
* Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal system performance.
* Conduct regular system checks and updates to maintain security and functionality.
* Provide technical support to staff regarding telephone and communication network issues.
* Document system configurations, changes, and maintenance activities accurately.
* Collaborate with the IT team to integrate telephony solutions with broader network infrastructure.
Requirements
* Proven work experience of 2 to 5 years specifically in the automation or telecommunications industry.
* Demonstrated proficiency in managing and configuring EPBX and IPBX technologies.
* Strong understanding of VoIP protocols, network architecture, and telecommunication hardware.
* Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Relevant technical certifications or training in telecommunications systems are highly preferred.
