About the role
We are currently seeking a skilled ESM Tools SME with a minimum of 10-15 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in Solarwinds with at least 4+ years of hands-on experience in this area.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of Solarwinds monitoring solutions
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for Solarwinds tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize ESM tool performance
- Stay updated on industry best practices and recommend improvements to existing processes
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience working with Solarwinds ESM Tools for at least 4 years
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, monitoring tools, and IT infrastructure
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Certifications in Solarwinds or related technologies are a plus
