About the role
We're looking for an Events and Community Associate who can help us create an exceptional experience for our student community, from executing high-energy events and experiences to keeping a global cohort engaged, informed, and connected. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys making things happen.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end execution of student events, workshops, community experiences and online sessions.
- Build and run engagement initiatives that make students feel connected to Tetr and to each other.
- Coordinate with students, speakers, faculty, vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Manage event logistics, registrations, calendars, communication, attendance and post-event follow-ups.
- Support student onboarding and programme operations across global cohorts.
- Create clear, engaging communication for WhatsApp, email and community platforms.
- Track participation and engagement, maintain operational dashboards, and identify students who may need additional follow-up.
- Handle last-minute problems calmly, whether that's a speaker dropping out, a broken webinar link or an event plan changing hours before launch.
- Use AI and automation tools to make community and event operations faster and better.
- Occasionally support events outside regular working hours and travel for Tetr experiences when required.
Requirements:
- Have exceptional execution and follow-through.
- Communicate clearly and warmly.
- Are highly organised and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces.
- Can work independently without waiting for detailed instructions.
- Stay composed when something goes wrong.
- Are comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards and digital tools.
- Are curious about AI and actively use modern tools to work smarter.
- Care deeply about the quality of the student experience.
- Are comfortable working from our Gurugram office five days a week.
- Can occasionally work across global time zones, evenings/weekends, or travel when an event requires it.
