About the role
The EA / PA will provide strategic and operational support to senior leaders at Frost & Sullivan. Acting as a trusted partner to the leadership team, this role combines high-level executive assistance with project coordination, revenue operations support, and business management activities to ensure the smooth execution of key priorities and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage executive diaries and coordinate internal and client meetings.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, expenses, and other business logistics.
- Support leadership meetings by preparing agendas, coordinating attendees, tracking actions, and ensuring follow-up.
- Assist with project management and cross-functional business initiatives.
- Develop presentations, reports, and PowerPoint decks for executive and client-facing meetings.
- Support revenue operations activities, data management, reporting, and business performance tracking.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across the business to drive projects and strategic priorities forward.
- Act as a key liaison between leadership and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and organisation.
