Education Qualification:
- Essential: Should have a degree in B.Sc. Chemistry/M.Sc., Chemistry.
Personal Qualities & Traits:
- Essential: Good Communication skills
- Willing to work in shifts.
- The prospect should be sharp and intelligent – quick to grasp and understand the Business complexities
- Desirable: Presentable and pleasing personality
Work Experience:
§ Fresher or candidate with experience of 2- 3 years.
Technical Knowledge:
Handling various Lab equipment like: HPLC and UV-Visible Spectrophotometer.
Having basic knowledge to handle other common lab instruments, Chemicals and Glass wares.
Preferred: MS office with good knowledge in Excel.
Gender (Male/Female):
- Preferably Male.
- Age: 23-30 Max.

DGM Quality
Number of Positions:
3 – We will train them here at WLR and transfer two of them to Kinfra to work in shifts. One will remain at WLR.

- Good in Numbers
- Willing to handle operational tasks and work in shifts
- Go – getter, positive attitude, Passionate to learn and grow
- Preference to South based candidates or people who know Malayalam or Tamil – however not mandatory

Can become a Manager in Quality/Lab in 5-7 years
