About the role
To carry out audits on Discounted Billing done to Doctor attached counters, Hospitals & Institutions and facilitate business hygiene in-line with Department’s and Company’s objectives.
Responsibilities- To analyze the discounted billing data and identify the counters for carrying physical audit.
- To organize copies all relevant documents.
- To seek relevant details and documents to cross check the discounted supplies.
- To seek relevant details and documents to cross check the discounted supplies.
- To call the Counters, Hospitals etc. and take the confirmation on order placed by them and seeking the specific details to get to know the genuineness of the order.
- Any other task assigned related to discounted billing and / or within Distribution Dept.

- Minimum 3 to 5 years working experience in Distribution department in pharmaceutical industry.
- Having hands on experience on the job functions listed above will be an added advantage.
- Having experience in pharma field working with analytical ability.
- Minimum Graduate with relevant experience.
- Computer literate with analytical bent and strong commercial sense.
- Exposure and experience on SAP - SD functionalities will be an added advantage.
