Primary Responsibilities:
- To deliver the Maintenance performance in terms of quality, safety, health, and environment.
- To ensure that corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
- To maintain records of Maintenance required for conforming the requirements of QMS, GMP, EMS, and OHSAS
- To ensure safety practices are being followed by technicians while carrying out maintenance jobs.
- To ensure 100% statutory compliance at the workplace in terms of safety, health, and environment and operation.
- To follow, implement and establish systems like QMS, GMP, EMS, and OHSAS and documentation of the same.
- To train operators and improve their skill level.
- To do root cause analysis of breakdown and repeated failures.
- Good Knowledge of various standards to develop systems.
- In-depth knowledge of Plant Maintenance
Educational qualifications preferred : BE in Instrumentation
